Mallard ice cream loves it's local farms and Farmers! We have spent years cultivating relationships and educating ourselves about locally grown fruits and vegetables. Through this education we have learned what produce works best in our ice cream to achieve a balanced strength of flavor. We have also found fruits uncommon to the ice cream world such as Aronia berry and Sea berry that wouldn’t be possible if not for our relationship with the growers.
